Pros- Good hotel with reasonable price. Food- portion size is good with good accompaniments. Room size is quite spacious for 2. Hospitality- very good. Cons- Rooms needs maintenance Lack of pest control. Quality of food can also be improved.

Poor service. no response on housekeeping, intercom does not have house keeping as an option to connect even in an premium category of Room, when we call at the reception they forget to respond to requirements. For a double occupancy room all single toiletries are provided. Rooms have insects roaming in bathroom and in the room areas.(Images Attached for reference) Only limited breakfast options available.

I had very drastically misfortune to celebrate our precious moment little one first birthday there in this hotel. From starting to end, very bad service, no proper arrangements. Very rude staff and bad experience there. Pathetic stay ever..!! I am giving 1 star just because there is no option for 0 stars. Worst ever experience during the stay. Faced many issues. 1. No maintenance - no means literally no, broken things are broken, shower is broken in almost all the rooms, dirty things are dirty, no washing of bedsheets, linens, etc. 2. Room rates are like a 4-star hotel, but facilities and cleanliness is even more good in a dharamshala. 3. Very unhygienic practices - there were cockroaches moving on the bed at midnight, we asked for change of room, same happened in the other room. We were with a small baby, had to roam from 1 room to another with luggage at midnight due to this. They took our requests as if nothing new has happened. 4. Breakfast was buffet, were only 2-3 items were there and that also tasteless. 5. All of our requests were ignored. No sense of hospitality. Whatever we asked for, they had one or the other excuse for whatever we ask.
